Our teaching method is based on 5 fundamental principles that we apply to classes at all levels:
1. Understanding your needs, expectations, and learning goals
With over 20 years of experience teaching French as a foreign language, we have developed a placement test that accurately assesses your French skills. This ensures that students are assigned to classes with the right level of instruction.
2. Adapting and developing innovative and high-level teaching techniques
To fully respond to the learning needs of students, our class curriculum is customized for each level. Our innovative approach involves teaching French in a clear and simple manner that is fun and encourages student to buildup their confidence and lose their inhibitions.
3. Implementing new technologies and creative materials in our classes
We use interactive, innovative strategies to facilitate your participation in class. Lesson plans are structured to ensure that you develop the tools you need to master French in many diverse and practical ways.
4. Cultivating excellence through pedagogical strategies
We employ a challenging yet supportive teaching style that enables students to thrive through active participation. Classes are limited to no more than 10 students, which gives everyone enough time to be actively engaged.
5. Keeping rates affordable and maintaining strong relationships
At L’École Française we are committed to providing affordable tuition rates for everyone. All students are welcome to our classes, without regard to race, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability or economic status. Furthermore, we insist on maintaining healthy respectful relationships among our students, instructors, and staff members.
At L’École Française, we truly focus our attention on your needs, on assisting you in reaching your goals, and ensuring your full satisfaction.
Our success depends on your success!
